Will the installation of a sprinkler system damage my lawn and landscape?

No. Our crew has over one hundred years of combined experience, and they’re experts at avoiding damage to your lawn and landscape. The typical lawn usually recovers completely within a few weeks.

What does the price of installation include?

We will take care of all of the necessary paperwork and permits with your village. We’ll put in a JULIE request to have your underground utilities marked a few days before your installation.

When we’re finished, you’ll have a fully functional sprinkler system. Your walkways will be swept, your grass will be tamped, and debris will be picked up. We’ll give you a walkthrough of your system and an explanation of your sprinkler controller.

How long will the installation process take?

The vast majority of our projects are completed in one day, but larger projects may require additional time depending on the scope of the project.

How deep is the piping system installed?

Piping is generally 6” – 8” deep, but can vary in some areas do to large tree roots, rocks, or other debris.

What happens when it rains?

Every job that we install comes with a wireless rain sensor that will suspend watering when the sensor detects rainfall. Installing a Wi-Fi enabled controller allows for further control and adjustments based on the predicted forecast.

Do you have smart irrigation controllers?

We have installed hundreds of Hunter Hydrawise Wi-Fi enabled controllers. These controllers offer the ability to use weather data to make continuous adjustments to your sprinkler schedule. They also allow for remote control and troubleshooting.

Does my sprinkler system need to be serviced regularly?

We offer a spring start-up, mid-season tune-up, and fall winterization. The vast majority of our customers sign up for the spring start-up and fall winterization services. If you’re handy, you can elect to perform the spring start-up by yourself, but we highly recommend that you have your sprinkler system professionally maintained. If you really want to make sure that your sprinkler system always remains in tip-top shape, we recommend adding a mid-season tune-up.
